Open a web browser and log in to your Meraki dashboard at https://dashboard.meraki.com
Step 1 - Access Control
Click Configure > Access Control on the left menu. From the SSID
dropdown, choose the one you wish to use, then configure with the below settings:
Association Requirements
Open (no encryption)
Splash page
Sign-on with my RADIUS server
click Add a Server and add:

Note: When you enter the radius server you may see an error: "Host for RADIUS is not a valid IP address." This can be ignored.
RADIUS accounting
RADIUS accounting is enabled
click Add a Server and add:

Enable data-carrier detect

Captive portal strength
Block all access until sign-on is complete
Walled garden
Walled garden is enabled

Note: If you wish to support social network logins, you also need to add the below entries for each network you plan to support.

Click on Save Changes.
Step 2 - Splash Page
Click Splash page on the left and configure with the below settings:

Click Save to finish
The configuration is now complete.
